The DisposeLoad script contains a procedure for loading/discarding resources.

  Disposes or loads the specified resources.

  If rsType is not NULL, it loads the resource(s) of that type specified by the given resource numbers.
  If rsType is NULL, it assumes it to be rsSCRIPT, and disposes the scripts specified by the given resource numbers.
